The room was lovely, with a four poster bed and a chaise longue. The bathroom was luxurious, with a free standing bath and heated floor. The bed was really comfy and there were nice touches like bathrobes and Netflix on the TV. The breakfast had good options and the staff were friendly. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the train station and close to the city centre. It was also very close to The Playhouse for shows.

Poor Wi-Fi connectivity, frequently dropped out. Water in the shower randomly stopped during use.

My stay at this hotel was really enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect - in a quiet street but still close to all the attractions. The service here was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to help and accommodate requests. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The restaurant at this venue surpassed my expectations, serving amazing food. The leisure garden area and TV room were also great for relaxing.

I would recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.

Fine hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities. Amazing outdoor garden for drinks. Champagne on arrival for anniversary. Will definitely recommend and return.

The room was upgraded, spacious, and had the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The hotel's customer care was top-notch, from arrival to departure. The small, quiet side street location provided restful sleep.

Short walk from main street, good accommodation. Excellent food - dinner and breakfast. Great staff, clean rooms. Convenient location for attractions. Allowed early/late checkout.

The location of this boutique hotel is ideal for business travelers. It is conveniently close to the city center and the Playhouse, perfect for catching shows after a long day of meetings. The tram is also nearby, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with luxury toiletries. The breakfast is superb with attentive service. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as an intimate dining area and spacious suites.

The decor in the corridors and bedrooms could use some improvement.
